«The artist wanted to give recycled machines a “second life.” Her refurbished electronics display whimsical animations—the clock’s flashing numerals gradually morph into dynamic little beings. She drew upon the charm of yesterday’s technology to imagine another world where playful creatures engage in nonsensical behavior.»
